About Myself

I have been helping people fix their computers for almost 20 years.  My knowledge of computers has placed me in many jobs including a technical advisor for Bank of America and security enforcement at other financial service companies.  To further expand my knowledge, I attended a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security Specialist course at MTI college.  As well as being Microsoft certified, I also hold CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications.  Soon after graduation however, the economy took a sharp decline.  I realized the need for affordable computer repair services and decided to start my own computer repair / support business.
